I went to culinary school in Germany while working alongside my father in the family ran butcher store. After finishing culinary school, I traveled and worked throughout Europe. At age 25, I took a job as a pastry chef on the East Coast in and worked at several different places such as the Greenwich Country Club, Le Chateau Restaurant, Kendal At Hanover and Swiss Bank. My wife and I have two wonderful children, Noah, and Anna.
I eventually ended up on the West Coast in Los Angeles working for City of Hope Hospital, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Keck Hospital of USC to name a few. I now reside with my wife and two dogs Luna and Pebbles in Whittier. In our free time, my wife and I like to travel, hike, bike, ski, and go camping.
